SIAM Identifiers

The identifier is one of the following forms

Newer articles available on SIAM Portal have a DOI identifier as well as an identifier of the first form. Older articles available at LOCUS have an identifier of the second form (and do not have a DOI identifier).

In both cases, find the webpage dedicated to your article. If you found your article on epubs.siam.org, the URL will end with a number. This is your identifier. Alternatively you can use the complete DOI as the identifier. If you found it in locus.siam.org, then the identifier is NUMA/NUMB where NUMA is the number after "volume-" (including any leading zeroes) and NUMB is the number after "art_" (including any leading zeroes).

For example, this page in locus.siam.org corresponds to the ToC eprint entry

eprint = {sicomp:01/0201009}
and this page in epubs.siam.org corresponds to either of the ToC eprint entries
eprint = {sicomp:29363} and eprint={sicomp:10.1137/S0097539795293639}
