How to sign up for email notification?

ToC sends out brief messages when new papers appear. Each message contains the name(s) of the author(s), the title of the paper, and an abstract. If several papers are published within a week, they will appear in a single message so you will not receive more than one message per week.

To sign up for email notification, please send email

Subject: subscribe

(The body of the message is irrelevant.)

As a security measure, you will receive email to the address from which you sent the signup request and you will be asked to confirm.
